About the Job

The mumm Customer Satisfaction is a very unique and challenging position as it requires multi skilled individual to do the job right. You shall be responsible for;

  • Getting in touch with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Surveying clients and seeking their feedback on our service to ensure highest service level.
  • Engaging in the operations cycle and getting exposed to our whole business cycle from order placing till delivery.
  • Maintain Mumm SOPs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time
Job Requirements

The candidate should ideally have:

  • Solid demonstration of leadership, influence and persuasion skills.
  • A desire to win, with a strong entrepreneurial flair to seek out new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, which enable you to express ideas in a way that creates commitment and trust.
  • A degree (from any discipline) is required.
  • Hungry to learn.
  • Fun to work with.
  • Experience in food operations is a plus.
