Job Description
Executive Secretary
- Maintaining the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments; answer phone calls and customer reception.
- Prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them to the managers when appropriate.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Word & Excel knowledge is a MUST.
- Must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
