Job Description:

  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Answering phone calls
  • Manage the daily work of office boys regarding discipline, cleanliness.
  • Drivers daily work & follow up
  • Responsibility for checking and reporting when office supplies are needed.
  • Distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
  • Meet with individuals from outside the company and others employees on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors in order to present their needs when they finished their meeting
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1- 2 years of experience
  • Good English and computer skills
  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
