Job Description
- Head team to develop and maintain logistic process performance.
- Prepare the distribution schedule of riders.
- Manage the drivers and assess their performance.
- Monitor the riders movements and monitor their delivery.
- Managing the delivery activities using the available tools & systems.
- Responsible for the technical training for the new comers.
- Ensuring that the fleet system is updated with allocation details.
Job Requirements
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Highly developed interpersonal & Leadership skills.
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience from 3-5 years in Logistics industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good Communication skill.
