About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Handling all mail correspondences (internal & external) coordinating with German clients.
  • Maintain all data management and filling for Head Quarter and Sister companies.
  • Process all correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with CEO or on behalf of him.
  • Responsible for purchasing office supplies.
  • Executing all kind of study researches requested by CEO.
  • Manage arrangements for meetings based on the daily agenda.
  • Making all kind of reservations e.g hotels, trips, issuing visa, tickets etc..

Job Requirements
  • Fluent in German Language is a Must (School and/or University)
  • Must be a Graduate from Language School (Fluent in English)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent in executing research studies .
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in administration in any related industry.
