Job Description
- Develop, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities (catalogues, website construction and update, mailing and e-mailing, e-marketing and all MarCom related activities).
- Monitor and deliver regular reports on market conditions and dynamism as well as competition analysis in light of joint visits with sales team and getting updates from our distributors and other relevant resources.
- Design and conduct customer satisfaction survey on different market segments using the database of the clients we have and piloting the update of our customer data.
- Execute all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Execute market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Assist in determining the marketing budget
- Assist in delivering marketing activity within agreed budget
- Liaison with media and advertising
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years in similar role with practical experience.
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Technical marketing skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications
- Perfect English Language is a must
- Presentable, able to present the company internally and externally
