Job Description

  • Responsible for following the Account Management strategies in coordination with other functions (Project Management, Marketing, Sales and Brand Management & Production) to meet corporate strategic objectives.
  • Production, delivery and ongoing monitoring of the company’s account management strategy to meet company objectives and changing market opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery of company sales and revenue targets for serviced clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, brand management, project management, and client service functions to deliver a complete customer experience.
  • Retain and grow served portfolios through improved customer satisfaction. Ensure that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolve escalated concerns to client satisfaction while taking preventive actions & periodical measures
  • Perform sales analysis and periodical researches to discover opportunities and identify points of strengths and weaknesses.
  • Manage accounts to guarantee customer retention and cooperation expansion (up-selling).
  • Monitor the sales team’s activities and assess their performance.
  • Deliver periodic reports to account management heads about the sales team activities and sales figures.
  • Track all stages of the sales process and sales funnels from the identification of leads coming from the marketing department, to follow up prospecting calls to key clients.
  • Ensure the flow of accurate information about the industry & competitors from the marketing department that allows informed decision making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of Business or Business Information or Alsun
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Account Management and Or Business Development
  • Perfect command of English and preferred second language ( Spanish -German- French)
  • Demonstrated experience in attending and handling Meetings with Key customers and presenting material in person or via Conference call
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to find our gaps and think for proper customized solutions and offerings for Complaints and opportunities
  •  Multi-Tasking and working under pressure
