Job Description

  • Become an active member of Yodawy's Customer Success team
  • Conduct customer on-boarding and experience calls
  • Manage incoming orders and flagged cases
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and service
  • Handling Customers inquires and complaints while delivering high quality standards Over the Phone.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Deep understanding of Customer handling and support
  • Strong command of English
  • Promptness, reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining best professional practices in service, efficiency, and innovation
