Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set up commercial/community budget kitchens in allocated areas starting with one
- Recruit kitchen staff on budget
- Responsible for inventory and procurement management
- Supervise the quality of food and insure it aligns with general guidelines
- Works in close contact with customer service to insure customer complains are handled
Job Requirements
- Food and beverage experience , whether in a kitchen or restaurant set up or start up in food industry
- Relative discipline graduate is recommended ( tourism, culinary, project management etc..)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
