About the Job

Responsibilities

  • Set up commercial/community budget kitchens in allocated areas starting with one
  • Recruit kitchen staff on budget
  • Responsible for inventory and procurement management
  • Supervise the quality of food and insure it aligns with general guidelines
  • Works in close contact with customer service to insure customer complains are handled
Job Requirements
  • Food and beverage experience , whether in a kitchen or restaurant set up or start up in food industry
  • Relative discipline graduate is recommended ( tourism, culinary, project management etc..)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
