Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Making calls with our leads and give them all information they need.
- Provide guidance and assist leads in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Prepare reports to his team leader
- Maintain and update listings of available properties and projects job requirements.
- Working hours From 10 AM to 6 PM, and according to the work need.
Job Requirements
- Male or female
- Bachelor's Degree at least.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fair awareness with office Microsoft works.
- Ability to work with team.
- Preferred to have car
