Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Capture quality expectations for IT Service Management requirements
  • Define, agree and create with customers process policies, models, work-flows, business rules, procedures, use cases, etc..
  • Create service portfolio and service catalogs for customer current and future services
  • Use tools to create architecture diagrams such as Visio or similar
  • Use project management tools
  • Document process work instructions
  • Handle customer engagement (to agree processes & interfaces) and communication
  • Create detail project plans and work packages
  • Create service design/project initiation package
  • Produce project progress reporting design
  • Overlook architecture works to Service management tool design and configuration
  • Create service management architect/design proposals to customers
  • Provide service management consultancy
  • Change Requests for projects that require out of scope deliverables
  • Engaged during any of the service life-cycle, but focused on Transition
  • Hold architecture project logs.

Job Requirements

  • ITIL Expert
  • PMP or PRINCE2 (recommended)
  • AGILE
  • Business Analysis and Design
