Job Description
We are looking for a professional qualified Real Estate Agent to join our team in Alex And Cairo Branches ;who will be responsible for selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Generate client leads to sell property.
- Working on the commercial department internal policies
- Implement the approved sales policy as well as work orders within the his work nature and criteria.
- Receiving transferred calls from call center
- Turning the transferred calls into closed deals.
- Accuracy in informing the customers of company the projects and available units.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Keeping in contact with customers before and after a sale
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management MS office and CRM
- Fluent English is a must.
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
