Job Description
We are looking for a qualified graphic designer for Alex branch with experience in for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the real estate sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer- aided designs.
- Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print
- Design a corporate identity/ branding & visual identity.
- Design of stationery and brochures.
- Working on advertising ( indoor designs, outdoor campaigns & social media campaigns)
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly, design programs such as Illustrator, photoshop and Acrobat
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to direct managers
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Coming up with design concepts.
- Editing & preparing designs to be sent to print.
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on agreed brief.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Ensure material is printed with the highest quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar post.
- Bachelor's degree of Fine arts is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Ability to interact, communicate and present creative ideas.
- Fluent English is a must.
