Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team In Cairo branch, support our daily office procedures. The administrative officer is responsible for the majority of administrative duties in the company. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments (in-house and external events)
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Supporting department managers, staff.
  • Helping Sales Tram by Preparing needed Reports.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of 5 years + in real Estate
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, or related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
  • Prior experience as office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field
  • Highly organized multi-tasked who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
