Job Description
- Travel request- accommodation -Air Tickets, Hotel, Transportations, VISA, etc…
- Track stocks of office supplies & stationery and place orders when necessary.
- Manage office logistics (rent, facilities, buffet needs, maintenance), office budgets, payments
- Make sure that the office is always neat & organized
- Office printouts; Business cards, banners, flyer, etc…
- Assist in Arranging interviews meetings.
- Keep all documentation and files updated, properly filed and easily accessible for the internal users.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Help in conducting some office & sales reports
