The British Council teaching centres in Egypt are looking to recruit full time trainee teachers to work in their two Cairo centres in Agouza and Heliopolis and in Alexandria

Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- First Degree
- Cambridge CELTA/Trinity cert TESOL (global minimum standard)
- This opportunity is open to Egyptian and UK nationals. Work permits can only be obtained via the British Council for UK and Egyptian passport holders.
- Full mastery of English across all 4 skills equivalent to user (CEFR C2) IELTS Band 8/9 in each of 4 sections of the academic module.

- Course and lesson planning
- Learning Technologies
Desirable Requirements:
- PGCE/B.Ed. in Primary
- Adults General English (400+ hours)
- Young adults aged 7-17 (400+ hours)
- Strong supporting evidence from Cambridge ESOL CELTA / Trinity Cert end of course tutors’ report
- Contract start date: ASAP
- Number of posts: up to 10 posts
