About the Job

  • Manage client social media accounts on different platforms in English and Arabic.
  • Implement & support clients' marketing strategies through engaging copywriting and other relevant content.
  • Respond to comments and any customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the applied social media marketing strategies; provide recommendations on how to continuously improve through continuous tracking of positioning compared to competition and industry leaders.
  • Regularly update content in relevance to trends and needs.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of different social media platforms, their respective participants ,and how they can be deployed.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • English and Arabic language proficiency.
  • Proven work experience as a social media specialist.
  • At least 2 years of experience
