Job Description
- Install, maintain and repair the solutions for the customer.
- Pre-sales Technical Support.
- Presenting a technical demo to the customer.
- Support by a visit, phone or remote access to customers inside or outside Cairo.
- Learn, train and certify on current and future Solutions (Software/Hardware) of the company business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Communications & Electronics Engineering.
- Must have previous IT experience (2 to 3 years).
- Microsoft and Network strong knowledge (MSCA-CCNA) is necessary.
- Good technical problems solving skills.
- Good and fast learning skills.
- Good communication & Organizing Skills.
- Gender: Males only
- Team player and a quick thinker.
- Good English at Writing, Reading, and Conversation.
