Job Description
- Preparing operational programs for production.
- Preparation of monthly and weekly loading plans for all sections and follow-up.
- Leading production engineers in follow-up to implement weekly and monthly plans for production.
- The responsibility for the implementation and follow-up of all production plans and projects in the factory until the final delivery on the dates specified by each minute.
- Responsible for managing the overall quality of the product and establishing quality production rules and achieving quality according to the required standards.
- Develop a program to implement the quality systems for planning and production in the Foundation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree at least in a related field
- Good leadership skills
- Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written.
- At least 10 years of Experience in production management in furniture factories and wooden projects.
- Great experience in managing the work teams and technical details for the manufacturing of all kinds of furniture.
- Great experience in all wood processing machines and various types.
- Great experience in all stages of production of modern furniture and classic and all of his belongings (Oima and upholstery and paints, etc.)
