Job Description
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Handle all the social media comments, messages
- Manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Generating sales through customer discussions.
- Answer and handle all the customers questions and concerns.
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Make phone calls to the company customers
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and suggest suitable products
- Seize opportunities to up-sell products
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree at least.
- Well-versed in Internet technologies and applications
- Working knowledge of Internet marketing concepts
- Social media experience (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of interactive communications or online content management
- Knowledge of cosmetic products is an asset
- Knowing Photoshop and design is an added value
