Job Description

  • Handling scheduled deliveries while adhering to IdealRatings service level.
  • Prepare analysis reports requested by IdealRatings clients.
  • Developing communication with internal teams, partners and clients to ensure smooth support operations.
  • Ensuring superior customer satisfaction throughout existing and new services offered by IdealRatings.
  • Mastering IdealRatings product and services to act as primary point of contact.
  • Provide customer training over IdealRatings services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • English & Arabic language fluency both written and spoken.
  • Experience in supporting clients is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel).
  • Flexibility to work unplanned working hours to support IdealRatings clients in different time zones.
  • Excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
