Job Description
- Handling scheduled deliveries while adhering to IdealRatings service level.
- Prepare analysis reports requested by IdealRatings clients.
- Developing communication with internal teams, partners and clients to ensure smooth support operations.
- Ensuring superior customer satisfaction throughout existing and new services offered by IdealRatings.
- Mastering IdealRatings product and services to act as primary point of contact.
- Provide customer training over IdealRatings services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- English & Arabic language fluency both written and spoken.
- Experience in supporting clients is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel).
- Flexibility to work unplanned working hours to support IdealRatings clients in different time zones.
- Excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
