Job Description

  • Participate with manager in the development of the sales plan and promotion through its work plans and subordinates.supervises its implementation with agents and exhibitions to ensure the conformity of the plan and the absence of deviations.
  • Provides monthly reports to the direct manager on the detailed status of the implementation of the sales plan.
  • Cooperates with the customer service supervisor to reach the target sales through the incentive and retention programs and through the database available to the customer service supervisor.
  • Monitors all agents and exhibitions and ensure the development of the presentation and sale and standardization as the system develops the work to accommodate market variables and then assess the performance of agents and exhibitions and reports to the direct director.
  • Prepare the necessary data and reports for the highest level on any position if requested.
  • Follow up the performance of his subordinates and assess their performance annually and accordingly determine their training needs and be approved by the direct director and head of the sector and then coordinate with human resources to include these needs within the annual training plan and clarify the expected return of this training.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years experience in sales, customer service or marketing.
  • Proficiency in English and prefer additional languages.
  • Prefer a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration-related study.
