Job Description

  • Take the lead in designing and implementing the fan loyalty and rewards program, with a focus on delivering value
  • Work through all execution details to ensure a timely and successful program launch.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team
  • Examine customer data (program engagement, rewards redemption's, general fan behavior) and develop user
  • Prepare and launch program upgrades
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic growth plans
  • Responsible for loyalty programs and customers retention programs, with good back ground on data analysis to be able to design loyalty programs for different kinds of customers based on current data on customer profiles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Marketing, strategy development and execution, CRM
  • English Level: very Good
  • MS Office Level: very Good
