Job Description

  • CCTV systems, anti-shoplifting systems.
  • Responsible for installing, maintaining and providing technical support to corporate users.
  • Ensures up-to-date knowledge in all existing and deployed Points of Sale.
  • Initiates systems/network troubleshooting and monitoring and ensures that defective components are replaced as needed.
  • Provides clients with information by designing methods to collect and retrieve data.
  • Organizes information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
  • Maintains database by entering data.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • High-level knowledge of PC hardware equipment and utilization (Cameras, printers, scanners, modems, network cards).
  • Age from 25 to 35.
  • Residence preferred Nasr city, Heliopolis area, or near from Sheraton
  • Advanced trouble-shooting skills with MS Office and standard applications (Virus Scanner, Adobe Suite) and different operating systems.
  • Excellent communication, administrative and documentation skills.
  • Strong work habits, dependability, punctuality, flexibility.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Internet including applications and protocols as well as standard network monitoring and analyzing tools.
