Job Description:
- Maintain, support & Configure our point of sale and back office systems
- Configure and Maintain computers & POS Peripherals
- Setup our Business suite software when needed.
- Troubleshoot computer problems, (hardware,software,printers, scales,network diagnoses, etc.)
- Resolving Customer issues & Bugs over the phone and/or Onsite when needed
- Act as first line of support to customer's requests.
Job Requirements
- Previous 1 or 2 years working experience in the same position
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to Multitask and meet objectives deadline.
