Job Description

  • Overlooking and executing all communication matter within the office either internally or externally with developers or clients.
  • Managing appointments and meeting of owners and managing their calendars.
  • Managing all related administrative work like printing and editing documents and contracting ensuring the look and feel of the premises according to company's standards.
  • Reporting violations, threats to owners and associate heads Managing office supplies and needs Filling of all company's related contracts and files.
  • Managing all meetings and ensuring capture of minutes of meetings. -Reporting attendance on monthly basis to accounting department. performing all needed market research and analysis tasks assigned to her on competition.
