Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Arranging meetings inside the company & following up on actions taken.
- Track employees performance versus plans and report results to top management
- Handling day to day operations covering files keeping, recording & consolidating employees report.
- Maintaining employee records (attendance – vacations – complaints)
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations whenever needed.
- Act as communication medium with external parties & gather relevant information for management use
- Manage company Cash in & Cash out process covering issuing notes, recording & reporting.
