Job Description
- Manage procurement, out-sourcing and recruitment process, coordinate with BDs to meet their coverage hiring objectives, supervise construction of a new database of resources.
- Provide monthly reports of resource numbers, available language combinations, and the best rates to maintain and to attract new customers.
- Support PMs in cross-cultural negotiations with vendors regarding rates, to keep work within specified budgets.
- Manage localization quality tests assigning qualified teams to handle the 3 or 4 phases of the QA tests, observing the vendor's performance and communicating with them to maintain their loyalty and commitment to the company.
- Monitor the achieved developments through vendor database to ensure a fast, quality service for company customers.
