Job Description
Responsible For The Below:
- Greeting clients, monitors visitor access and completes our registration process
- Provides our welcome package to our clients as needed
- Hotline calls and the incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, .etc.
- Coordinating between the departments
- Translating small articles
- Letters, scanning and printing files
- Store, office stationary and buffet supply quantities
- Minor tasks from the upper management
- Review office daily cleaning process and ensure everything is in order
- Performs any other clerical duties as needed
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Good spoken and written in English & Arabic
- Presentable.
- Good Proficiency in Word, Excel & Power point
- Good Communication Skills.
- Time Management Skills.
- Detail oriented
- Females Only
- Preferably New Cairo Residents
- Working hours From 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
