Technical Lead

We’re hiring a world-class tech lead to lead our technical team, and take its performance to the next level.

The technical lead is in charge of converting our business objectives to technical features and systems, serving our user base around the MENA.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading a team of developers to ensure the features developed by them are produced in the highest possible quality, and as fast as possible.
• Planning, coordinating and leading the development activities across the full software development cycle.
  
• Making sure the outputs are meeting the acceptance criteria agreed on.
  
• Taking ownership of making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all the taken initiatives.
  
• Mentoring & supporting the team of developers by providing coaching, giving advice, and providing growth opportunities.
  
• Ensuring that ongoing projects are accurately estimated and delivered according to schedule.
  
• Managing the team efficiently aligned with the company policies and procedures including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback.
  
• Being knowledgeable about each team member, their strength, weakness, and effectiveness. To allocate efforts efficiently, resulting in leveraging their individual performance and the team overall.
  
• Filtering candidates, conducting interviews and managing recruitment for the cross-functional software development team.
