- Handle escalation cases.
- Work on the off queue work baskets.
- Handle customer inquiries and request.
- Deliver good customer experience.
- Book tickets, hotel, and packages for the customers.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and provide alternatives for them.
- Educate the customer on how to use the system.
- Make sure to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Cross-selling.
- Escalate any issue to the appropriate department.
- Meet profit and sales targets.
- Record and share an appropriate channel of communication in order to help to improve his colleagues.
- Identify gaps in the process
- Handle any pending issues as refund, booking and payment issues.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in the travel industry is a must.
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- Previous Experience in the online travel agency is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre is a must.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Previous Experience in the call center is a plus.
- Knowledge of Tourism Terminologies.
- Solid knowledge of Aviation & hotel industry.
- Maximum age 28.
