Job Description
- Job Purpose: Insure that the operations activities ( Mechanical, Electrical, Utility and Maintenance ) are running smoothly in compliance with company standards.
- Develop and manage an effective planned maintenance Team/system to improve factory productivity .
- Identify and eliminate all chronic machine repeat issues.
- Plan/manage Machine Installations and Planned Maintenance work.
- Issue the sudden maintenance instructions and supervise fixing critical breakdowns.
- Review and analyse all maintenance records and reports using them as a monitoring tool for maintenance work (downtime analysis)
- Check technical accuracy of engineering works.
