Job Description
- Managing all aspects related to car production department to ensure optimum performance of :
- Achieving planned production Program in time within the required Quality standards.
- Ensuring Proper implementation of all work instructions, process descriptions and monthly change management.
- Ensuring proper handling of all technical problems and securing all critical processes.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of all subordinates.
- Ensuring proper usage of all equipment and facilities as well as the implementation of all TPM Tasks.
- Motivate and support all subordinates.
- Understand and follow company challenges, internal process indicators and targets.
- Understand, Communicate and follow company environmental requirements and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSC. Mechanical or automotive engineering.
- Experience: Supervisory Management experience in automotive industry with minimum 10 years.
- Specific knowledge / Skills: Excellent English, Basics of German Language,
- Excellent computer sills, good leadership and management skills, good overview about tools and equipment.
