Job Description
- Ensure that approved Quality Policy and company objectives are available, and communicated, to relevant parties.
- Work with company staff to set-up Quality Management System procedures and manage implementation as per ISO 9001, and company requirements.
- Coordinate the certification process with certification body and arrange for the external audits.
- Responsible for documents management system.
- Develop and implement an awareness session on the quality management system.
- Manage risks and opportunities that can affect Service conformity.
- Monitor achievement of company objectives and reporting this to the top management.
- Manage and conduct internal quality audits, evaluate audits findings, prepare audit report, develop and implement appropriate corrective actions, and follow-up till closure.
- Analyze data generated from the monitoring and measurement of the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements can be made.
- Prepare periodic performance Report of the QMS and projects to Top management, including suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
- Periodic follow up on the customer satisfaction feedback; ensure that the customer complaints have been addressed and corrective measures have been taken.
- Measure customer satisfaction and follow up related corrections.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Engineering (Civil Engineering is preferable)
- A professional/academic study in Quality Management/Internal Audit/ISO 9001:2015
- 4-6 years of solid experience in the field is a MUST
- Excellent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent English language in a MUST
