Job Description
Design and Development of the following low current systems as per National, International Codes, Standards and the Saudi Arabia building standards and requirements:-
- Fiber optics network infrastructure, Fiber to the home FTTH and backbone network
- Building data network, structured telecommunication cabling and wireless area network
- IP Telephone network, voice, and video conferencing communication network
- Public address system, audio-visual display systems and building emergency evacuation systems
- TV distribution network systems including IPTV, SATV, CATV, and MATV
- Integrated security solution including, Security surveillance CCTV, Access Control, Access Gates, intercom solution, intrusion detection systems
- Design pf Building management systems, identify all services provided requiring intelligent control and monitoring: Lighting control, HVAC, access control, fire alarm, energy conservation/efficiencies, security, network.
Job Requirements
- 12 years’ experience at least in light current systems is a must (Fiber optics, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, intercom, BMS, …etc.)
- Using Revit & other related Software.
- Leadership Skills.
- Advanced level presentation skills.
- High communication skills.
