Job Description
- Tracking Process to ensure on time delivery and achieve customers’ requirements.
- Prepare all the export documents needed, shipping details, customs, packing, shipping and export license, generating Pro-Forma Invoice, packing lists and providing legal Documents for exported goods (according to each country's legalization).
- Manage clients’ requests, product packing, logistics, bank documents, shipping process
- Coordinating with Freight- Forwarders for shipping Orders.
- Archiving Shipment Bills, Certificates, lists and all sorts of related Documents.
- Comparing Competitive price rates for shipping companies.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Computer skills – Excellent user of MS applications
- From 3-5 years of experience in Export field
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Excellent communication, organizing, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
- Good in French language is preferred
- Flexible and able to cope well with change.
