Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Management of office equipment
- Distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Translate and produce letters & correspondence from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Type correspondence including letters, memos, and reports some of which are of a confidential nature
- Organize an effective filing system to keep a record of all external correspondence and administrative files and documents for ease of reference and efficient retrieval.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist the direct manager in new given projects and tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of progressive responsibility and experience at the same position.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Very good command of spoken & written English & Arabic.
- Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Preferably females
