Job Description

  • We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
  • Management of office equipment
  • Distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Translate and produce letters & correspondence from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Type correspondence including letters, memos, and reports some of which are of a confidential nature
  • Organize an effective filing system to keep a record of all external correspondence and administrative files and documents for ease of reference and efficient retrieval.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Assist the direct manager in new given projects and tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of progressive responsibility and experience at the same position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Very good command of spoken & written English & Arabic.
  • Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Preferably females
