Job Description

  • Develop new & revise current Organizational Charts and Reporting System.
  • Creating the existing detailed workflow processes for the client as well as recommending enhancements including the accountability matrix.
  • Design of the Organization Structure of clients through various questionnaires.
  • Develop new & revise current Job Descriptions and Job Profiles.
  • Develop new & revise current HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Job Analysis and evaluation

Job Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
