Job Description
- Develop new & revise current Organizational Charts and Reporting System.
- Creating the existing detailed workflow processes for the client as well as recommending enhancements including the accountability matrix.
- Design of the Organization Structure of clients through various questionnaires.
- Develop new & revise current Job Descriptions and Job Profiles.
- Develop new & revise current HR Policies and Procedures.
- Job Analysis and evaluation

- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
