Main Duties:
- Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
- They may be responsible for the management of human resources, accommodation and property facilities and records.
- These functions can be performed at various levels ranging from junior through to upper management.
- Receive, direct and reply e-mails, telephone messages and fax messages
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
Working Conditions:
- Working Days are from Saturday till Thursday.
Job Requirements
Personal Requirements:
- Able to supervise others
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude for working with computers
- Good organizational skills.
- Preferred female.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree.
Computer Skills:
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Language Skills:
- Excellent English is a MUST
