Responsibilities:
- Participate in the delivery of large end to end SAP implementations; designing, configuring, testing & go-live support for SAP HCM module (Payroll, Benefits, Time Management…).
- Assist in defining the projects scope, analyzing the current business processes and scenarios and recommending solutions to meet the clients’ needs.
- Train end users and provide technical assistance in defining authorization roles, custom workflows, and other related areas.
- Prepare comprehensive technical program documentations.
- Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, and/or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of a proven experience in a related environment with minimum of 1 completed full implementation project.
- Good knowledge in the implementation & customization of the HCM module (Payroll- Time Management…).
- SAP HCM certification is a plus.
- A professional Human Resources qualification is a plus.
- Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.
