Job Description
- Check the server room (Hardware, AC, etc.)
- Check the internet connection and calls outside company and between branches (CAI, SSH, HRG, DXB).
- Support user in daily operation & monitor HW & SW problems.
- Support users in format documents (Word - Excel).
- Support users to convert documents (Word – Excel – PDF - Jpg).
- Solve any email problems if found (Send & Receive).
- Solve outlook problems with startup and PST file.
- Support users to reset or recover passwords such as (Windows – Cyberoam- Outlook – Skype).
- Activate or update software (Skype – Firefox – MS office – Flash Player Adobe Reader– Java).
- Fix power problems with UPS units.
- Change printer’s toners for all departments and update toner’s inventory file.
- Prepare and send the daily report for Cairo office.
Job Requirements
- B.S in IT.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Computer skills.
- Problem Solving for technical issues.
