About the Job
  • We're looking for a fun and friendly person to join our team to be our front line person with our customers.
  • You'll be answering Facebook & Instagram messages, phone calls, whatsapp, emails, and social media comments.
  • This role is very critical at our company because our presence is online only so this is our first and most important contact with our customers, and because of that you'll be working closely with our marketing and operations teams in order to work on improving our whole cycle!
Job Requirements
  • You must be friendly,
  • Excellent English speaker, and customer centric!
  • Experience in an English call center is a huge plus!
