Job Description
- Interpreting and advising on employment law;
- Regularizing the Sick Leave, annual lave and all related HR issues according to the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Drafting and/or revising various documents of legal nature, ensuring in particular that obligations stemming from legislation and regulations currently in force are complied with;
- Assuming responsibility for various legal dossiers and following up on these;
- Working with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Planning and delivering training - including inductions for new staff;
- Maintaining employee records;
- Filing of contracts;
- Supporting various projects
Job Requirements
- Graduated from the faculty of law.
- HR Experience is a plus.
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good English language
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Accurate & detail-oriented
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel…etc..)
