Job Description

  • Interpreting and advising on employment law;
  • Regularizing the Sick Leave, annual lave and all related HR issues according to the Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Drafting and/or revising various documents of legal nature, ensuring in particular that obligations stemming from legislation and regulations currently in force are complied with;
  • Assuming responsibility for various legal dossiers and following up on these;
  • Working with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
  • Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
  • Planning and delivering training - including inductions for new staff;
  • Maintaining employee records;
  • Filing of contracts;
  • Supporting various projects

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from the faculty of law.
  • HR Experience is a plus.
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good English language
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Accurate & detail-oriented
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel…etc..)
