About the Job

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement to ensure the outstanding delivery of customer service.
  • Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.
  • Help Customer's pay bills.
  • Solve Customer's technical issues.


  • Salary starts from: 3800 EGP Net + Bonus up to 1175 + Overtime "Optional"
  • Transportation door to door is provided.

Work Conditions:

  • Rotational 2 days off.
  • Working hours: rotational 9 hours per day included one hour break.
  • Morning shifts and Night shifts with no overnight shifts.
