Job Description
- Coordinate with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate's knowledge, experience, ability, motivation, and interest in the opportunity and company
- Recommend qualified candidates to appropriate manager for further review
- Conduct and updating reports such orientation, new hiring report, salary after probation, KPIs, change-of-status report, resignation report
- Update the candidates' database systems as required
- Conduct competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments
- Source applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position
- Make offers to successful applicants, negotiate when necessary
Job Requirements
- Medical Education is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Recruitment.
- Very Good in English
