- Analyze raw data, draw meaningful conclusions and generate actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to drive customer value based on actual behavior through different channels
- Review customer personas, patterns, and casual analysis to assist in understanding customer’s behavior
- Boost the conversion rates between the full funnel segments
- Improve utilization of analytical tools across the growth Department.
- Work independently with team members to understand data requirements and objectives, resulting in successful data analytics/reporting deliverable
- Analyze and report on critical performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Highly proficient in SQL and other database platforms.
- High proficiency in Python programming language
- Basic understanding of business financials, ROI and profitability concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, etc. ...) Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills paired with strong analytical capabilities.
- Quick learner who can collect, organize, analyze and communicate data and information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; good presentation and persuasion skills.
